Soroptimist International of Malabon
Our members are a diverse group of like-minded women who work together using their expertise, business and professional skills and talents to support community-based and international projects that benefit women and girls.
The word Soroptimist comes from two Latin words, soror meaning sister and optima meaning best. Soroptimists are women at their best, working to help other women to be their best.
Soroptimist International of Malabon, is one of 86 clubs comprising Soroptimist International of the Philippines Region (A Foundation) Inc. SI Philippine Region is affiliated with SI of the Americas, which is part of four federations comprising Soroptimist International.
Through international partnerships and a global network of members, we have made it our mission to inspire action and create opportunities to transform the lives of women and girls by: Advocating for equity and equality; Creating safe and healthy environments; Increasing access to education; Developing leadership and practical skills for a sustainable future.
